Pacific Engagements Visa
The Pacific Engagement Visa will soon commence operating on a ballot system. The goal of the program is to enhance and fortify family connections with existing Australian citizens and well as a cultural, business and education exchange.
3000 visas will be allocated to individuals annually from the Pacific Island nations via a ballot system. This visa is a pathway to permanent residency.

Effective from 23 March 2024 the guidelines for assessing the genuineness of student and student guardian visa applications have been enhanced. This direction provides a comprehensive guide to case officers in assessing genuineness.
